The Wobble Toolkit was born out of a need to create foundations for sustainable whole human health but also to meet the need for a solution that is multi dimensional. The world is experiencing a health pandemic and it is time to act. Each person has an individual need, physiology and genetic make up. No one solution fits all.

The Wobble Toolkit is an individualised support system for life. Covering the five dimensions of health: mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual, it is built from experience, and designed to support us through times of challenge and to help us navigate the minefield of health solutions that exist in today's society.

The Wobble Toolkit

This can be delivered via a 90 minute one-off workshop or three part training programme. Both can be delivered on-line if needed.


A 60 or 90 Minute Workshop covering:

  • The Science behind Stress and How it Affects the Mind and Body;

A Three Part Training Programme covering:

  • Module 1 - The Why, The What, The Science behind The Wobble Toolkit.

  • Module 2 - The Framework and The Guidance to Create, Implement and Maintain.

  • Module 3 - Follow Up - after Three Months.

Individuals

The Wobble Toolkit RESET

A three month 1:1 programme (1 x 90 min + 5 x 60 min consultations) that is designed to support an individual to RESET from the inside out.

This is for you if:

  • You wake up with or experience regular episodes of anxiety or dread;

  • You feel held back - you are not living life to the full;

  • You feel disconnected and disinterested - from purpose, friends, family;

  • You are close to burnout;

  • You feel as though you have hit a wall;

  • You want to create a new template of healthy living and don’t know where to start.

 And you want to feel:

  • Empowered to be able to take control of your health to live a full life;

  • Tuned into your inner wisdom to find the healing path that best suits you;

  • Renewed and resilient from the inside out;

  • Stable and armed with the tools to enable you to ride the waves of life;

  • Re-connected to self and purpose;

  • Calm and at ease.

Over a three month period you will:

  • Create, implement and retain your own Wobble Toolkit - your individualised support system - that will put you in the driving seat to manage, maintain and optimise your whole human health;

  • Be provided with a suite of personalised resources and tools to support you to maintain well;

  • Learn how to self regulate and build emotional competence to enable you to manage life’s ups and downs;

  • Have your own tailored yoga and breathwork practice to support your goals, that will nourish re-balance and reset the body systems;

  • Where needed, coordination of a Team of Practitioners from the Circle of Trust and wider network to support goals;

All that undertake the RESET will automatically become part of The Wobble Toolkit alumni, and will receive follow up tips, tools, resources and previews on upcoming workshops and retreats, and also exclusive offers from TWT partners.

Cost: £350 per Month for Three Months

The Wobble Toolkit MOT

A bespoke 1:1 90 minute consultation designed for those who are short on time, but wanting to implement real change, fast.

  • Supports the Creation of a highly personalised Wobble Toolkit;

  • Provides Access to Tailored Resources;

  • Works in Collaboration with Trusted Experts from the Circle of Trust and Beyond;

  • Gives Access to Exclusive Partners in the Adventure Therapy and Retreat Arena.

All that undertake the MOT will automatically become part of The Wobble Toolkit alumni, and will receive follow up tips, tools, resources and previews on upcoming workshops and retreats, and also exclusive offers from TWT partners.
