In a cut throat industry which doesn't suffer fools gladly, integrity can too often be forgotten, but to me, it should be at the centre of all actions. You can succeed and be at the top of your game with your integrity intact.

Self Awareness

Founders exists between a state of high performance and burnout leaving little time for recovery. Founders owe it to themselves, their team and their business success to have a self investment strategy. When you allow yourself to go deeper inside, you can go further outside.

Sustainability

The world is shifting towards a more positively impactful, inclusive and sustainable place. Each and every one of us needs to do our part individually to drive collective impact. Be ethical in your approach to life and business.

Collaboration

I have seen the power and benefit of collaboration time and time again. As a members club, AGORA brought kindred spirits together, out of their normal environment, to facilitate collaboration. The community may not be active but the network lives on. I continue to connect and join the dots wherever I can, to accelerate business and facilitate opportunity. When you collaborate, a new energy is created that is “bigger than both of you”.
