In my experience as a founder building a business, I explored various therapies, methods and practices to help manage stress and support recovery from burnout. Out of this, I have created a “circle of trust.” A group of practitioners across a range of holistic disciplines, all of whom’s expertise I have sought in times of need. In my view everyone needs a “wobble toolkit” which is individual to them. I would be happy to recommend these practitioners, informally. In 2017,  I decided to unite the kick-ass ladies who had inspired, encouraged, supported and energised me on my journey as an entrepreneur - Women on a Mission came into being. WOAM represents brilliance: women driving mission based organisations across industry. We host a number of informal dinners each year. A safe space to come, share, be supported and have FUN!

ACTAI Global is a group of extraordinary Athletes, Conservationists, Technologists, Artists and Innovators supporting causes around the world.
