Circle of Trust

In my experience as a founder building a business, I explored various therapies, methods and practices to help manage stress and support recovery from burnout. Out of this, I have created a “circle of trust.” A group of practitioners across a range of holistic disciplines, all of whom’s expertise I have sought in times of need. In my view everyone needs a “wobble toolkit” which is individual to them. I would be happy to recommend these practitioners, informally. For professional advice, please contact a credited therapist, web resource or your local GP.

Luke Mullen

I am a Systematic Kinesiologist and certified TRE Provider/Mentor (Tension Reduction Exercises). I specialise in stress and anxiety related issues, working with the body to help 'switch off' fight/flight (mobilisation) and freeze/dissociation (immobilisation) protective patterns.

Being a body-worker I believe in the innate ability for the body to heal itself.

Anxiety and stress will impact on all systems in our body creating digestive, hormonal, autoimmune, structural issues as well as mental well being.

Kinesiology is a non-intrusive holistic form of health care that through muscle testing uses the energetic bio feedback system of the body to find out what is going on. Kinesiology taps into the body’s unique individual language. It not only addresses physical, but also the chemical (deficiencies, food intolerances) electrical and emotional aspects of the body. These aspects together integrate to bring the whole into balance.

TRE is a series of simple exercises that evoke the body’s natural mechanism to safely shake or tremor helping to release, shift and move any stuck or arrested energy. This inbuilt ability to shake (a natural in-built mechanism we share with all mammals) reconnects lost, sometimes painful parts of our body that have been stuck in protective patterns that somehow are so familiar they feel normal.
