Mindful Eating: Busing the Myths

June 1 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

£7.50 - £15
One of our Agora members, Mary Wood, is launching a business – CNP Health, & one of the components features a programme called Step Forward to Health – an on-line weight programme delivered in real time. She’s very passionate about nutrition & it’s impact on the function of the brain. It was through conversation that we decided to run this Mindful Eating event.
She is going to talk specifically about “Busting The Myths” around mindful eating & the relationship between the Brain & The Gut, together with Nutritional Therapist, Maria Mekhael.
